The Jones 80th Birthday Party

Matthew recently had the privilege to play for the 80th birthday party for the Jones couple up in Greenville, SC!  Family had come in from all over the United States to celebrate.

Mr. Jones had built dulcimers in his younger years, and Mrs. Jones had a love of classical guitar.  When their daughter found Matthew online and realized that he specialized in both instruments, she got in touch with him right away as a special surprise for her parents!

As the party got underway it was neat to hear the stories told by other family members of days gone by and the memories that had been made together in the past 80 years.

The Jones family was a sweet, close knit family and we were blessed to have had the opportunity to help serve them through Matthew's music.
