The Dulcimer Guy will be playing background Christmas music for the Over the Top Boutique Holiday Market on November 17th, 2017.  The event ticket sales will benefit the Women and NICU Services at Palmetto Health.  Come out and support the cause and listen to some lovely Christmas music while you shop!
